Built on a real migration, not a feature list
AppDeep Payroll exists because our first client, a 580-employee company, needed to get off a legacy payroll system that nobody could maintain anymore, without a single wrong payslip in the process.
So we did the migration the careful way. We moved the 201 files, balances, and history. We rebuilt the payroll rules, statutory tables, DTR and overtime processing, loans, and adjustments. Then we ran a full cutoff in the new system side by side with the old one and compared every line for every employee.
580 of 581 employees matched the incumbent payroll to the peso on the first parallel run. The one exception was a data-entry error in the old system.
That comparison became the product's standard. Everything we have added since — the employee self-service app, recruitment, employee relations, the audit trail, the AI assistants — sits on a payroll engine that has been proven against real registers, not sample data.

Three commitments on every engagement
Dedicated instances
Each client gets its own AppDeep Payroll instance: own database, own server. Your employee and payroll data is never in a shared pool with other companies.
Fixed-fee implementation
Migration and implementation are quoted as one fixed engagement before we start. Ongoing pricing is per employee per month. No surprise scope.
Parallel-run guarantee
We run one full month (two cutoffs) in parallel with your current system and your finance team signs off on the peso-exact comparison before go-live. You move forward only when the numbers agree.
Plain answers
We generate the statutory forms, reports, and portal upload files; the upload to the agency portals is done by your payroll officer. We say so up front.
