For firms that run payroll for clients. You keep the client, the fees for your services, and the relationship. We give you a system that computes Philippine payroll correctly on every client, keeps each client's data separate, and comes with the migration work done for you.
A dedicated instance per client
Each client runs on its own AppDeep Payroll instance with its own database. No shared tenant, no cross-client visibility, and a clean answer when a client asks where their data lives.
Partner margin on subscription

We do the implementation and the parallel run
Assessment, data migration, and one full month (two cutoffs) run side-by-side with the client's current system. Your client's finance team signs off on the peso-exact match before go-live. You do not need an implementation team.
You keep the client relationship
You stay the point of contact for the client. We support you, and you decide how much of us the client sees.
Co-branded payslips
Payslip letterhead templates are per instance, so each client's payslips can carry the client's letterhead, yours, or both.
Priority support
Partner requests go to the front of the queue, with a direct line for cutoff-day issues.
What your clients get
The full system, not a partner edition: DTR cutoffs and biometric punch processing, SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG / withholding tax, loans and deduction schedules, 13th month inside the cutoff, per-cutoff payslips, final pay with BIR 2316 on the official form, the employee self-service portal and mobile app with 7 approval workflows, recruitment, 201 files, employee relations, and an audit log of every change.

Program 2
Referral program
You do not need to be a firm. If you introduce a company that signs with AppDeep Payroll, you receive a referral fee after that company goes live. [PLACEHOLDER: referral fee]
- Introduce them. Send the form below, or make the introduction by email to info@app-deep.com with the company and your contact there. The referral is registered to you from that moment.
- We take it from there. Demo, assessment, migration, parallel run. You are welcome to stay involved, but you do not have to.
- Paid after go-live. The referral fee is paid once the company completes its parallel run and goes live on its own instance. One fee per company, first introduction counts.
Referral fees are paid to the person or company that made the introduction. Employees of the referred company and of AppDeep Corporation are not eligible. Terms are confirmed in writing when the referral is registered.
